Helen Brown welcomed everyone and led song on page 52t before offering the morning prayer.

At 11am, a 2 minute silence was observed in remembrance of all those who had lost their lives in battle, particularly in the first and second world wars.

Helen Brown spoke of the importance of our being able to support, encourage and uphold one another, by God’s grace, wherever there is a need. Helen led song on page 340 for the following sick and housebound: Kate Richards, Jean Barton, Win Tyler, Gordon Ashman, Barbara Foster, Beryl Mason and Eric Conrod.
